In February 2016, the Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris will open within its walls a future gourmet Japanese restaurant.
Directed by the Chef Nobu Matshuhisa, it will serve lunch and dinner with dishes that fuse traditional Japanese recipes with a latin-american influence.
Simultaneously, the Parisian hotel will continue to offer breakfast and brunch as well as Italian cuisine in the Michelin starred restaurant “Il Carpaccio.”
