PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Promoting the services of the company by respecting the brand image: creation of emailing campaigns, creation of newsletters
- Management of the CMS (homepage from the booking system)
- Assessing the results of a marketing campaign
- Assisting the manager in writing reports and analyzing data
- Writing online content
- Communicating with clients (phone/email)
- Produce monthly reports on marketing activities
- Create content for events and sales initiatives
- Search for new agencies and operators on the Internet
- Registration and commercial follow-up of agencies and operators

PERSONAL SKILLS :

- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of another language is a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, Russian)
- Computer proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Office Suite
- Good knowledge of the HTML code & CSS
- Creative spirit and quick understanding
- A degree in marketing and sales
- Personable, presentable and articulate.
- Effective project management skills
- Sound understanding of marketing principles
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas
- Strong administration and organizational skills

Salary: To be discussed according to the experience
Contract: Permanent (CDI)
Weekly duration: 42 hours
