Step by step, Air Austral is gaining some altitude.

A trip aimed at introducing the new services onboard the company’s planes. Because, since December 3rd, 2014, the transporter is renewing little by little its offer onboard aircrafts.
The two B777-300 that manage the connection Paris CDG - Saint-Denis, were the first receivers of the new program (see video.)

A new and better adapted offer
These changes will take place within the company’s three classes (Club Austral, Comfort and Leisure).
Each is associated to an ambiance, and a decoration matching the colors of the Réunion. In the Business Club, passengers will enjoy the comfort of an overlay mattress, a duvet, along with noise-canceling headphones.
The toiletry case has been reviewed and enhanced in all three categories and customers will now have the choice between 50 movies instead of 25. They will also be able to download for free the press and magazines on their screen.
The company is also providing a brand of Extra Services (Seat, Luggage, Car, Meal), that are available through the call center and Air Austral’s agencies before becoming operational on Amadeus by the month of June 2015.
Six new menus (créole, light, fresh, American, seafood, and gourmet) will also be offered in pre-reservation for the Leisure Class, between €15 and €25 by January 31st, 2015.
This service will be free in the Comfort and Club classes. The goal is to make 10 to 15% of the meal sales through these Extras.
