Gironde: opening of All Suites Appart Hotel residence in Pessac

On Wednesday June 29, 2016, the group Pichet inaugurated a new All Suites Appart Hotel Residence in Pessac, near Bordeaux, in Gironde (33).

This 3-star facility has 214 rooms with family or business suites for 318 beds in total.

It is located in the business zone of the Grand Bersol and the Canteranne Park, with direct access to the ring road leading to Bordeaux’s city center or the Arcachon highway.

The facility provides guests with a wide range of services: equipped kitchenette, work spaces, flat-screen TV, reversible air conditioning, high-speed Wifi connection, shared laundry space, breakfast, cleaning services, fitness room, sauna, lounge, and a parking lot of 230 spots with 110 underground.
