TourMaG.com - You made a business turnover of 20.5 million euros (+13%) for a net benefit of 379,000 euros (+48%) in 2014. Are the perspectives of 2015 looking as positive?
Benjamin Sinclair: “Absolutely. We’re even expecting to double our numbers thanks to the acquisition of important contracts with governmental organizations and major Francophone industrial companies.
We established ourselves as a challenger on the French market in 2009 in a rather difficult time. We had to fight to grab small pieces of the market from our competitors. Hard word that eventually bore fruit.”
TourMaG.com - Why are more and more tour-operators using your services?
Benjamin Sinclair: “We offer them a flexibility that airline companies cannot provide them with.
We can optimize the size of the plane depending on reservations and avoid empty seats which hurts profitability.
Many small tour-operators are interested in our deferred payment plans. Others appreciate our flexibility when they launch new destinations on which they’re still unsure of the economic model and outcome.
In the end, we’re winning market shares. Last year, around 10% of our activity came from working with tour-operators. This proportion will certainly increase from 15 to 20% this year.”

TourMaG.com - How is the business travel activity doing?
Benjamin Sinclair: This activity, that accounts for 25% of our turnover, is doing marvelously well.
Thanks to the launch of our mobile application, we’re receiving more and more quote requests.
Lots of people are interested and believe that renting a private jet is affordable to everybody.
But they’re quickly disenchanted when we send them our rates that are obviously higher than regular flights.
That being said, our application allows us to canvass new prospects.
But our regulars prefer to call us directly, to tell us the type of aircraft they’d like, to make sure they will have the appropriate magazines onboard or a stewardess who speak French.
Human interaction and customized service remain the golden rules in this type of sector.
