A delegation of 11 industry partners (Caesars Entertainment, Nevada Commission on Tourism, Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters, Cirque du Soleil, The Venetian/Palazzo, MGM Resorts International, Riviera, SLS and New Tropicana, Pink Jeep Tours and Graceland Wedding Chapel) traveled to Paris for a trade workshop followed by a VIP evening trade event.
Numerous tour operators and travel agents attended the workshop throughout the day and the evening event including Jetset/Equinoxiales, Vacances Transat, Backroads, Maison des Etats-Unis, Vacances Fabuleuses and Voyageurs du Monde.
Las Vegas welcomed 39.7 million visitors in 2013, with an estimated 5% increase of French travelers over 2012 (official figures for 2013 to follow shortly).
209,000 French visitors visited Las Vegas in 2012, which ranks the French market number one for Continental Europe in front of Germany.
