On May 12th, 2016, Appart’City opened a new facility, its 120th, in the historical center of Nîmes, in the Gard department (30).
Located right next to Arènes, this 4-star facility targets business and leisure travelers.
It has 67 suites in which the historical elements of the building (renovated by Océanis), such as fireplaces, murals, and fake marble, were preserved.
