Paris est ludique !: 6th edition of festival devoted to board games

Spurred by the success of its previous editions, Paris est Ludique! expects more than 15,000 visitors this year. To host them, the festival invested into a new space: the lawn of Reuilly, where the Trône Fest usually takes place.

Next June 25 and 26, 2016, hundreds of stands will be set up on the lawn of Reuilly, giving way to thinking games or ambiance game, wooden games or figurine games, aperitif games or strategy games and many more…

Each of the stands will be animated by associations, game editors, or federations.

Also on the program: classic strategic games (chess, checkers…), ambiance games (Jungle Speed, Time s'Up!, Dobble…), games for groups of teenagers (Shabadabada, Les Loups-garous de Thiercelieux…), for an evening with friends (Dixit, Colt Express) or games for two people…

“We hope to provide a new look at board games, an activity that is appropriate for all ages and that inspires important values of encounter and exchange, a true resistance to virtual activities. Remember that they got their name from society!” explains Olivier Marchand, Festival Organizer.

€5 entrance fee for the entire weekend, and free for children under 8.

Hours: Saturday June 25, 2016 from 10am to 8pm and Sunday June 26, 2016 from 10am to 6pm.
