These same olive trees enable to produce olive oil, without forgetting the lavender, rosemary, almond trees, or the many cherry and orange trees in the garden that fill the air with their delicious fragrance, explains Duarte Bon de Sousa. Our hotel also has a gourmet restaurant “Le Saint-Martin” with a menu based on regional products elaborated by the talented chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois, along with a summer restaurant serving barbecued meet, skewers, wood-oven cooked pizza, that you can enjoy with your feet in the grass shaded by the ancient olive trees.

As for accommodations, we have 46 Junior Suites and Suites all with a balcony or terrace overlooking the Mediterranean, and 6 Private Villas with 1,2, or 3 rooms with a living room, dining room, and kitchen.

Our spa is particularly big at 400 m² and we provide Sisley care products. It also has a sauna, a hammam, an “experience” shower, three massage and treatment rooms, a double cabin, and a relaxation area.

Furthermore, guests can take yoga classes in the property’s beautiful gardens. Overall, we provide many options for our client to truly wind down and relax during their stay!
