Our style is reflected in our plates thanks to our chef who has a modern vision of cuisine all while cooking products from our region. Our goal is for our clients to enjoy a special moment while telling them a story.”

But the real charm of l’Assiette Champenoise is its family aspect since my parents founded it 40 years ago. In the Lallement family, there is first Arnaud, the virtuoso chef, the machine who injects his energy to the teams.

Then Magali, Arnaud’s wife, who goes from table to table with a large smile to always make sure that clients have having a good time. And finally, me, his sister, and accomplice since forever, who works hard at maintaining the same level of expectation and excellence in the hotel. Without forgetting Colette, the mama, the soul and memory of this home.”
